I read an email which was being forward by some people and found it rather interesting.

"This is very cute! And even written by a guy! You might agree with it, but when it actually happens 99% of girls don't realize it 'til it is too late and that guy who did it is so frustrated that he has moved on to someone who will take notice.

From a guys point of view: We don't care if you talk to other guys. We don't care if you're friends with other guys. But when you're sitting next to us, and some random guy walks into the room
and you jump up and tackle him without even introducing us, yeah, it pisses us off. It doesn't help if you sit there and talk to him for ten minutes without even acknowledging the fact that we're still there. We don't care if a guy calls you, but at 2 in the morning we do get a little concerned.

Nothing is that important at 2 a.m. that it can't wait till he morning. Also, when we tell you you're pretty/beautiful/gorgeous/cute/ stunning, we freaking mean it. Don't tell us we're wrong.We'll stop trying to convince you.

The sexiest thing about a girl is confidence.

Don't be mad when we hold the door open. Take Advantage of the mood im in.

LET US PAY FOR YOU! DON'T 'FEEL BAD' We enjoy doing it. It's expected. Smile and say 'thank you.'

Kiss us when no one's watching. If you kiss us when you know somebody's looking, we'll be more impressed.

You don't have to get dressed up for us. If we're going out with you in the first place, you don't have to feel the need to wear the shortest skirt you have or put on every kind of makeup you own. We like you for WHO you are and not WHAT you are. Honestly, i think a girl looks more beautiful when she's just in her pj's. Or my t-shirt and boxers, not all dolled up.

Don't take everything we say seriously. Sarcasm is a beautiful thing. See the beauty in it. Don't get angry easily. Stop using magazines/media as your bible. Don't talk about how hott Morris Chesnutt, Brad Pitt, or Jesse McCartney is in front of us. It's boring, and we don't care. You have girlfriends for that.

Whatever happened to the word 'handsome'/'beautiful'. I'd be utterly stunned by a girl who greeted me with 'Hey handsome!' instead of 'Hey baby/ stud/ cutie/ sexy' or whatever else you can think of. On the other hand im not sayin i wouldn't like it either.

Great to meet up with my frens!

Haha..today was a great day! Met up with 2 groups of frens who i really love to be with. The day started out with me meeting Jaz, Hannah and Shee Leng at AMK Hub. We ate at sticky rice. Was supposed to give tuition at Toa Payoh, but it was postponed again to Sunday. I have to tutor 7hrs on Sunday now!:( Hope i dun faint. Lol. Anyway, the lunch was great and i did drink my favourite shark fin's soup there. We shared it among the 4 of us..Then headed down to Cathay to watch Penelope. It was a very funny movie. Comedy and romance genre. Worth watching:)

After that, headed down to Toa Payoh to meet CP, Joyce and PP and then to Novena to meet my allies Kristina and Jieli. Ate at this famous place selling chicken rice. It was so nice! I had 2 good meals in a day..Then we went to eat doughnuts and ally Kristina and I bought some home. Wish that Kelvin was with us today. Miss him too much already. Haha..then we walked around and sat down to chat for a while..while the couple CP and Joyce went off to buy some bread. Kristina said that her uncle is going for a holiday and is bringing his dog to her house for 1 week. Omg! The thought of it just freaks me out!! Lol..

Hannah gave me my birthday present today i i really love it! Its a photo frame and a photo album too. The concept is really interesting and she developed photos we took together and placed it in the album. Here is the photo frame.

My collection of 16 tofus

This is my entire collection of 16 tofus! Aren't they cute? Haha..So many till everyday i have to do a stock count to make sure that none fall under my bed.

These 5 were given by my beloved Kelvin. I like the orange one the most! lol..

Haha, Kelvin left for shanghai on 22nd june 08. Miss him lots. 1 day before he departed I took him to Swensen's to eat a filling meal. And i made sure i ordered for him his favourite banana split! Haha hope u enjoyed it! Sorry for taking you rounds in marina square to find the venue. After that we waited for the fireworks to come at the outdoor food court in marina square. But there wasn't any fireworks for this preview. So disappointing..lol.

My 21st Birthday..continued

Today i had a pleasant surprise again. Was 'tricked' by Jasmine to glasshouse fish and co. There i met Iris, Mabel and Nurul. They gave me a treat and the band present announced that it was my birthday. Then i was asked to stand and given a sparkler. The waiter brought over my cake and everyone in the glasshouse sang. Haha it was a bit awkward but it was very sweet! Thank you all my dear friends!

The staff at fish and co took a picture of us using polaroid camera and signed on a postcard.

My friends bought me a blue tofu handphone pouch and slippers and wrote their well wishes on a board which was designed by jasmine. On the board there were some photos which were taken when we went out together. Haha it was so sweet! Thanks alot:)

My 21st Birthday

Today is my 21st Birthday. I’ve officially reached adulthood:) Lots of people to thank on this special day, firstly to someone who came into my life on 31st May 08. He is none other than my beloved Kelvin. He did so much to make my birthday a memorable and enjoyable one. Thank you so much for all that u have done for me! I love u!

Secondly I would like to thank all other TMDs for the birthday celebration on Saturday. It was such a pleasant surprise! Thanks for the presents and the meal at sakae sushi as well as the well wishes through sms. Special thanks to my ally Joyce, Kristina and Kristina's mum. Thank you so much for the yoshi toy and card, the bear and cup and the whiteboard. The wordings and pictures on the whiteboard are so sweet that I cannot bear to wipe it off up to now.

Thirdly, im very grateful to 2 of my best friends Hannah and Jasmine. They have been always there to encourage me and provide a listening ear throughout our 7+ years of friendship! Thanks for all your well wishes! will upload more photos when we meet up tmr and on wed:)

And lastly, to my family members. Thanks for being so supportive all this while:) I love all of u! Will take and post a family picture when my dad is back on 21st June.

Today is our first day together!

31st May 08 is our first day together. Me and Julia...To be honest, I'm quite surprise also. I didn't want to rush things out to make it uncomfortable, so I decided to wait for the 'right' time. Thank god, it was the right time on this day! I always ponder whether to pop the right word on msn or speak face to face. Guess which is the answer? The answer is.....both! Both are equally important. Thats the first thing I learn from Julia....Lol....I really feel lucky to have the support of my sis and TMDers. Thanks to all of you guys and gals! I'm really lucky. Back to the story, after poping the sentence on msn and phone, actually both of us become quiet for a while. We didn't know what to say except that we are very happy. Lol...so we decided to chat on msn. Hee hee....I'm really very happy, Julia! :D
